I got this printer/scanner/copier and the first time i changed the ink cartridge the display screen kept saying cover open when it was not open. I googled for a solution and it turns out alot of people have had the same problem. The cover open sensor clip comes off and you need to put tape or something over the switch to hold it in. After hours of wrestling with the bloody thing i printed out 2 assignments and now the display screen keeps saying paper jam!! There is no paper in the printer at all. I have opened it up and checked everything and there is no jam. Now i cant use the thing at all! Very frustrating.
